  • All digital products are delivered instantly via email or direct download after purchase.

  • You will also receive an email confirmation with your download link.

  • If you experience delays or do not receive your product, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us within 7 days of purchase.

 

2. Podcast Access

  • The Realignment Room Podcast is available at no cost through major platforms including Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and more.

  • No physical shipping is required.

3. Coaching, Consulting, and Events

  • Event access details (Zoom links, calendar invites, or venue details) will be provided via email within 24–48 hours of booking.

  • No physical shipment is required.

 

4. Physical Products (if offered in the future)

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping methods: We will use standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

  • Delivery time: Domestic shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. International shipping varies by location.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund (for physical items only).
