At The Realignment Room, our goal is to provide value, transformation, and resources that help you realign your life spiritually, mentally, and in business. Because our offerings include digital content, events, and coaching, we want to make sure you understand how refunds work.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Templates, Courses)

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of instant access, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
If you experience any issues with accessing or downloading your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will ensure you receive the correct files.

2. Podcast-Related Content & Memberships

Our podcast episodes are free and accessible across platforms (Spotify, YouTube, etc.).
If in the future we offer paid memberships, subscriptions, or exclusive content, all payments will be non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate billing or technical errors.

3. Events, Coaching, and Consulting

Refunds for live events, workshops, or coaching sessions are available up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but we may allow a credit transfer toward a future event or service at our discretion.
Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. Errors and Exceptions

If you are mistakenly charged twice or encounter a billing error, please contact us within 7 business days for correction and refund.
We reserve the right to review cases individually and may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion.
